A high-quality classic black tea blend can cost as little as £0.03 per cupwhich is significantly less than even the basic low-grade teabag. There is also a saving on the environmental cost of packaging and freight and of course, the tea tastes so much better you will be delighted.

Tea is mainly grown in Asia, Africa, South America, and around the Black and Caspian Seas. The four biggest tea-producing countries today are China, India, Sri Lanka and Kenya. Together they represent 75% of world production.
Tea has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which can contribute to your overall wellness. The primary chemicals responsible for the beneficial health claims of tea, are found in the highest concentrations in the fresh leaves.
The leaves can be steeped more than once. the recommended amount of loose tea is one teaspoon per cup of water, making many loose teas less expensive than readily available bagged options.
